The health care centre of Guareña, located in Spain, was built in 2000. The total constructed area is 1270 m2. It has one floor. The main energy source of the building is electricity. Heating and cooling systems are based on electric heat pumps (air-water) and several fancoils covering sectors with general thermostats. Domestic Hot Water is provided by electric boilers. Lighting is 85% fluorescent technology.
